Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

- Unworn and unused

- Original tags attached

- In original packaging

- No stains, odors, or damage

For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., underwear or final sale items) may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Final sale or clearance items

- Gift cards

- Worn or washed apparel

3. Refund Process
